General Terms:

• Customers need to be registered and signed in to apply voucher codes.
• This offer can be redeemed by a customer only once during The Great 11.11 Travel Carnival.
• Offer is valid for online payment methods only, which include Credit/Debit Card, Easypay and Jazzcash Wallets. Offer doesn’t apply to any other payment methods: Cash/Card at Branch, Pay At Hotel, Bank Transfers.
• Customers need to enter the appropriate Voucher Code at the time of payment to be eligible for the discount, as applicable. In case the customer forgets to submit the voucher code at the time of check-out, he/she will not be eligible for the discount. 
• Voucher Code is applicable on all confirmed flights and hotels purchased only on Sastaticket.pk.
• Discount as per the offer is applicable on the overall basket size and is independent of the number of passengers in a booking.
• Customer Support representatives can not apply voucher codes for Customers.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotional discount.
• This offer is not applicable for Travel Agents. Customers, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and Sastaticket.pk reserves the right to deny the Offer against such bookings and to cancel such bookings. Sastaticket.pk will not refund the booking amount. 
• Sastaticket.pk reserves the right to cancel any booking where it deems that a voucher code has been used multiple times.
• Sastaticket.pk reserves the right to cancel, alter, modify, or replace this offer at any time without any prior notice.

Additional Terms for Hotels

• Bookings made with this offer must have a hotel check-in by June 30th, 2020.
• Hotel booking is subject to room availability. In case a hotel refuses customer bookings, Sastaticket.pk will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount.
• The cancellation policy depends completely on the hotel the customer has booked and varies from hotel to hotel. Sastaticket.pk will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty. 
• Any "no-shows" (guaranteed rooms that are not occupied on the day of arrival) shall be invoiced on the basis of 100% of the stay.

Additional Terms for Flights

• The Customer shall not be entitled to the discount in the event of cancellation of booking. Sastaticket.pk will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty. 
• In the event of rescheduling, the Customer shall bear the price difference (base fare, taxes, surcharge and other applicable fees).
