HR & Admin Manager

MISSION

This position will require a high level of communication, liaison, business acumen and organizational skills. The HR & Admin Manager will report to the CEO with the mission to make the company a premier destination for top talent in our industry. The HR manager is responsible for areas of recruiting, employee relations, benefits, events, compensation, and other employee tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

HR:
  • Provide professional advice and guidance on all employee relation issues to managers (including disciplinary, grievance, absence, redundancy, communication, and performance management).
  • Lead the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and initiatives as appropriate and to contribute to the development of the HR function to meet business needs.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to managers on individual leadership and behavioral skills as appropriate
  • Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support
  • Assisting with recruiting and staffing
  • Managing and optimizing performance
  • Employee headcount forecasting in line with Business Growth Plan and Attrition Run Rate
  • Facilitate multi skilling, job rotation, and leadership development
  • Performance management and career planning
  • Reporting of key HR metrics to the management committee
  • Review, benchmark, and implement best practices from the industry
  • Represent HR for company in industry forums
Admin:
  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
  • Lead admin department to ensure smooth services delivery
  • Liaising with office suppliers
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons
SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  1. Broad HR experience in Talent Management
  2. Previous HR Generalist experience in a Business Partner or Assistant Managerial role in a company with 200+ employees. Minimum 5 year experience.
  3. Excellent organization and communication skills
  4. Ability to challenge constructively combined with a level of resilience
  5. Master’s degree in HR
  6. Very strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Fluent English
  8. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
  9. Proactive, dependable and able to work independently

Travel Consultant

MISSION

The role of a customer support travel consultant is to provide travel consulting service to customers of Sastaticket.pk. Some of the main duties of travel consultant include organizing flights, trains, and accommodation for a trip. Work on best possible solution for the traveler, to include finding cheapest itineraries, and secure customer satisfaction for future services

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide and maintain a high level of travel consulting service to customers
  • Drive to achieve expected transactions as per Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Process and complete travel requirements (make reservation in accordance to initial enquiry, to ticket issue and file completion with invoice) as requested by customers. This covers all aspects of booking, changing, cancellation and/or refunding of air travel, hotel accommodation, car hire, insurance, visa, etc.
  • Raise Service Alert Advices and inform your direct report manager to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Complete all tasks assigned in accordance with Express Air Ltd. Policy and Procedure manual
  • Ensure service queues are monitored and worked at regular intervals during business day and are clear by end of shift.
  • Provide and maintain a high level of service.
  • Perform in a pro-active manner (examples):
    • Displaying initiative and ownership
    • Providing relevant accurate information in a timely manner without being prompted.
  • Remain updated on all aspects of travel through regular attendance at product seminars and workshops including team meetings sessions and other job related training.
  • Daily Sales Report in accordance with procedures at the end of shift.
SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  1. Fluent in Urdu and English: Written and Oral
  2. Computer knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  3. Flexibility to work in morning, evening, or night shifts (night shift for males only).

At Sastaticket, the Head of Online will be responsible for all online marketing initiatives and strategies. We are looking for someone with a demonstrated history of driving aggressive growth, revenue and profitability in a B2C high volume transactional ecommerce environment. The Head of Online will take ownership of driving and increasing traffic and online conversion for all lines of businesses from the marketing perspective.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with department and business unit executives and senior executive team to develop marketing strategies for company growth.
  • Manage and build marketing teams including SEM, SEO, Social Media, E-mail, Content, Landing Pages, Affiliates/White Label, Metas, Display/retargeting, Mobile, and Loyalty.
  • Create marketing plans, roles, budgets, goals and targets for all of the above teams

Background

Background

  • Bachelors degree in technical major is required
