Senior Product Manager

Job Overview

Assistant Manager Finance

Job Overview

This position is responsible assisting the Finance Manager relating to financial reporting. This position will be responsible for assist in implementation and following of accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements & processes.


Main Objective:

  • Maintain the daily accounting activities required to maintain the general ledger.
  • Manage accounting tasks (including, but not limited to, cash Reconciliations, Company account statement reconciliations, cheque runs, accounts receivable transactions, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, debt activity, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.)
  • Cash management
  • Maintain organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.
  • Reconcile general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.
  • Engage in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Management Reporting
  • Assist manager in preparing reports of Profit & Loss statement.
