Additional Terms for Flights

• The Customer shall not be entitled to the discount in the event of cancellation of booking. Sastaticket.pk will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty. 
• In the event of rescheduling, the Customer shall bear the price difference (base fare, taxes, surcharge and other applicable fees).

Additional Terms for Hotels

• Bookings made with this offer must have a hotel check-in no later than July 31st, 2020.
• This offer is not valid for Pay-at-Hotel mode of payment. Only valid on credit card purchase.
• Domestic Hotel bookings will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking.
• Hotel booking is subject to room availability. In case a hotel refuses customer bookings, Sastaticket.pk will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount.
• The cancellation policy depends completely on the hotel the customer has booked and varies from hotel to hotel. Sastaticket.pk will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty. 
• Any "no-shows" (guaranteed rooms that are not occupied on the day of arrival) shall be invoiced on the basis of 100% of the stay.
• Hotel reservation is subject to availability and prices may change at any time without prior notice.
