Renovated in 2005, the hotel comprises a total of 66 rooms spread across five floors. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, two lifts, a cloakroom, and a currency exchange counter. Further facilities include a bar, a hairdresser, a TV room, a wireless Internet connection, a breakfast room, and a restaurant. Laundry services, room services and medical assistance round off the facilities on offer (charges apply), and a car park a garage are available for those arriving by car (charges apply).

This hotel is located on the right side of Beyazid Square, only a few metres from the Grand Bazaar, the oldest and largest bazaar in the world with thousands of shops for over a 100 years. The hotel is within walking distance of the historic and tourist areas such as St Sophia, the Blue Mosque, or the Topkapi Palace Museum. Guests can easily reach the old town as well as links to the public transport network, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and shops. In addition, the hotel is an ideal base for visiting the historic and tourist destinations in Istanbul. The airport is roughly 15 km from the hotel.
