Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative responsible for assisting customers, providing comprehensive information, and actively promoting and booking travel arrangements for our valued clients. The primary objective is to elevate customer satisfaction levels and cultivate an expanding and loyal clientele base.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle calls made by customers, providing assistance throughout.
- Guide customers through the order booking procedure.
- Process refunds, reassurance, and adjustments, updating logs in the system.
- Diagnose clients’ specifications and recommend suitable travel packages or services.
- Make follow-up calls to customers for additional assistance and updates.
- Extend a helping hand and offer alternatives to address customer complaints promptly.
- Raise awareness among customers by educating them about promotions and services.
- Attend regular training and coaching sessions (Pre-shifts/Post-shifts) conducted by the Service Quality and Team Leader.
- Execute team plans to achieve goals of first contact resolution.
- Stay informed about the organization’s products or services and stay updated with any changes.
- Convey customer feedback and suggestions to the Team Leader to enhance service quality.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fresh to 1 year of experience
Must Have Requirements:
- Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills, with a strong command of both spoken English and Urdu.
- Maintain effective and positive working relationships with coworkers.
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
Call center experience is a plus.
