Airblue launches Lahore–Dammam–Lahore route from first week of April

Airblue has launched a new Lahore–Dammam–Lahore route, with flight operations scheduled to begin in the first week of April.

The new service further expands Airblue’s footprint on the Pakistan–Saudi Arabia corridor, which remains one of the busiest travel markets for Pakistani expatriates, visiting families and business travellers. Dammam, a major city in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province, serves as an important destination for both employment-linked and family travel, making the new route a relevant addition for passengers departing from Lahore.

The launch is expected to improve direct connectivity between Punjab and eastern Saudi Arabia, offering greater convenience to travellers who frequently move between the two countries for work, business and visiting-friends-and-relatives travel. Travel demand on Saudi routes typically remains strong throughout the year, with direct services often preferred for their time-saving and operational ease.
