- Fees and Refunds
- All visa application fees are non-refundable, regardless of the application outcome, including rejection.

- Refunds are not provided for delays caused by the applicant’s failure to submit accurate or complete information.
- Applicant Responsibilities
- Applicants must ensure all information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Sastaticket.pk will not be responsible for delays, rejections, or other issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information or documentation.
- It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure their passport has at least six months validity from the date of travel.
- Travel and Stay Requirements
- Applicants must comply with Azerbaijan’s entry, stay, and exit regulations.
- Travelers staying in Azerbaijan for more than 10 days must register with the State Migration Service within the first 10 days.
- Overstaying the permitted duration of the visa can result in penalties, fines, or future travel bans.
- Limitations of Liability
- Sastaticket.pk is not liable for visa denials, delays, or any consequences resulting from the immigration authorities’ decisions.
- We are not responsible for any travel disruptions, losses, or expenses caused by delays or issues in the visa application process.
