What a journey this year has been. As we close Year-2 of Covid, we can be incredibly proud of how we have continued to adjust and thrive in the “new normal.” We wanted to take a moment to reflect on the year that has passed, and thank you for your support through it.
This year has been transformational for us as we introduced 6 new products on our platform, processed tickets for over 600,000 travelers, and grew our team by 56%.
We’ve always put our customers at the heart of everything we do here, and this year we doubled down on this commitment by building more products that allow us to be part of our customers’ journeys. In addition to making flight bookings easier, we launched bus, hotels, packages, and introduced native apps for IOS and Android. Most importantly, we were able to deliver all of this value to our customers while being rated 4.5/5 with a NPS of 60! Though we have been through a whirlwind, I can not express how lucky I feel Sastaticket is for the team that we have. Despite the insurmountable-feeling challenges that we face, our team continues to show grit and creativity in solving every problem that comes our way. Through this year I have been inspired by all of you.
