Ok to Board

The Ok-to-board (OTB) stamp is a requirement for Pakistanis travelling on an E-Visa to any international country. The OTB process involves verifying the visa and flight details of passengers before they are allowed to board their flight. The purpose of the OTB stamp is to ensure that passengers have a valid visa and travel documents, and that they comply with the entry requirements of the destination country.

Where can I get it from?

Airline/Ticket issuing agency, if you book a flight from SastaTicket – Home , we will provide you with this facility free of cost.

‘OK TO BOARD’ Procedure

Once you have booked a flight through Sastaticket, you will receive a WhatsApp message & an email asking you to submit the following documents.

  • A copy of paper visa/ an online e-visa/ non stickered/ non-machine-readable visa (preferably in the PDF format)
  • Valid and confirmed flight tickets for the complete round trip journey.

You can submit the documents by either replying to the WhatsApp message or the email. Once submitted, you will receive your stamped E-Visa in 48 – 72 Business hours.

Important

  • A return ticket is mandatory for those traveling on a tourist or visit visa.
  • Passengers will not be allowed to check-in if they have a one-way ticket on one airline and a return ticket on another airline.Before departure, you must ensure that you have received approval and have all the required documents, such as a return ticket and enough money to support your entire stay. If you show up at the airport without an Ok to board approval, you will be denied from checking in and boarding your flight. If immigration officials refuse you permission to travel due to missing or incorrect documents, the airline will not be accountable for any financial losses you may suffer as a result, and no refunds will be issued for any payments made.
