Moreover, the Hong Kong government will be reducing the hotel quarantine from 14 days to 7 days and a PCR test will be needed on the fifth day of quarantine and a RAT on the sixth and seventh day. Whereas, non-residents won’t be able to enter Hong Kong except for those from mainland China or Macau. This means the main beneficiaries of the latest changes. The airline had to lower down the capacity in recent months because of heavy restrictions and crew quarantine requirements. This is due to the recent hike in Hong Kong covid cases.

Cathay Pacific cargo has announced a number of priority options which will be tailored to cargo shipments in terms of speed, shipment capacity and assurance that shipment will reach on time. The priority options are as follows

• Essential (PR3)
